Nueva York
A city that's loaded with historic and interesting places.
Some of you might think I'm talking about one of the cities in Europe.
Oh no...I'm talking about The Big Apple, New York City!
NY is interesting because it's one of the fashion capital of the world, and yet it has around 80 museums. That's a lot of museums!
I had so much fun in NY. The rush and traffic reminds me of Sydney, Australia. Even though I only lived there for around 2 years, but I've fallen in love with Sydney over and over again. I miss walking around the city, running as fast as I could so I wouldn't miss the bus, subway, ferry, or just simply so I could cross the street before the crossing light turns red. I miss living in a city where you don't need a car to get around! If I could choose where I could spend the rest of my life at, it would be Sydney. *sigh*
Anyway, back to the story. I was so excited to see around NY, even the rain and snow couldn't stopped me. My feet are sore though until today, I walked like A LOT over there, and I lost a pound! That's unbelievable because I wasn't on diet at all, now I really believe in exercising. It really does make a difference. I ate everything from chips, chocolate dipped pretzel bites, nastar, pizza, keripik pisang, etc. Whenever I'm on vacation, my routines are on vacation too, including watching what I eat.
I'm planning to visit NY once again next year, most likely in Summer. I wanna stay there for a full week, I wanna have 2 shopping days, I wanna visit all of the 9 museums on the Museum Line (on 5th Avenue), I wanna spend one day just to walk through the Central Park (I might need to rent a horse carriage since the park is huge), and the rest of the week doing everything else in a medium speed, no rush at all.
Well, I better start saving some money from now.
