I'm Officially a Snack Junkie

I have a special drawer for snacks on my desk at work. You'll find different kind of snacks from cereal bars, biscotti, Cheez-It to a box of Carrot Cake from Weight Watchers. Those little cakes are good, not only because it's only 80 calories a piece, but they don't need to be frozen. They're small, or even tiny compared to the regular carrot cake from the Cheesecake Factory or Nordstrom Cafe.

I guess this is what happened once you work behind the desk. When you're bored, you eat. When you're stressed out, you eat even more. I've tried to avoid snacking at work, and it only lasted for the first 2 weeks. After that, forget it!

So I'm going to get myself on the treadmill again this weekend. Luckily, my apartment has a special gym for cardio only with much much better and newer equipments than the last gym I joined. I've been trying to cut back on cigarettes as well, and it went pretty good so far. I only need 2 to 3 cigarettes to get me through the day, and I don't smoke at work.

Oh well, gotta back to work.
